    hum i will chat that out but i am not sure that is my problem but sure i will check it, anybody else have a plan?

    What about have a folder called FEED?

    i guess the htaccess file was changed when i change from number to data / name why?

    .htaccess contains rewrite rules for your permalink structure.
    There is no file called feed in your /blog directory. It's .htaccess who redirects your browser to a proper location. But in your case it redirects to home page. Something's broken in it.

    Check what's wrong with it and fix it.
    Or try to change the permalink structure. Then return it back.
