Problem With my paypal accout

    Hello,

    I am facing problems with my paypal account.They have made limited acces for me.I need a virtual credit card in order to get my problem solved.I know that trading of virtual credit card is no longer allowed on Dp so,please tell me any other site where it is allowed.
