Problem with my hosting, need help

    This may be the wrong section, anyway.

    I had an hosting account at Hagiohost, I requested to close the account, but never got a reply.

    Then i noticed that my site was down, and then they took out $25 out of paypal.

    I sent them numerous messages asking for a refund, as well as for them to close the account.

    And now they have taken another $50 out, I have sent another couple of messages.

    I am unsure how to proceed, as I am not getting any reponse, I need this $75 refunded, and then my account closed.

    the host is Hagiohost.com

    What should i do?

    I would file a complaint with Paypal, explain to them the same thing you explained here with the documentation to back it up. Paypal may just give it back to you!

    thats true, but that wont stop them taking more money out in another 6 months.

    As well as filing a dispute I think you might be able to block them or freeze your paypal account until this is resolved to avoid future charges.

    Contact PayPal with all this information - they will help you to cancel this subscription ( from my own experience ).
