problem with my host

    I was running my site to a webhoster now he close his site and my site down most of time. how can i complaint to paypal to pay my money back?
    i don't know about this

    Did the host just vanish or did they just close your account for no reason

    You can do chargeback

    Try at least to deal with the hosting company first. If you have a contract it will be easier. That could be hard to manager if you do not have any proof. You can also ask to PayPal what to do. I doubt that will be easy.

    A chargeback must be done with the bank that provides your credit card, but it will probably be the only way to get your money back. Paypal will offer you precious little help. Save yourself time and hassle by going directly to your card provider and doing a chargeback.

    Virtual goods cannot be charge backed with PayPal. Go with the credit card or bank to charge back on the payment.

    PayPal does reverse charges....sometimes. REally depends on the guy working your case. This is where good research comes into play. Try it next time.
