problem with my host

i am using servage.net services, and I installed a Php script that doesn't want to work, someone told me that the problem is due to either the hosting company or the .htaccess file.

contentfeeder is the name of the script, the server environment : i dont know what that means sorry

What is the version of php & mysql installed on your host? Are you using the one from -http://www.contentfeeder.com? what are the minimum server requirements of this script?

You mentioned that there is a problem with the htaccess file.. have you configured it properly as per this script's installation manual? Is it using mysql?

Also, have you granted proper file permissions to the script?

 

i am using contentfeeder.com and i dont know the minimum server requirements for this script...
the .htaccess file was enabled coz it was disabled, and yesm it is mySQL...

and Concerning the file permissions, i think i took care of that earlier...

Perhaps you can contact the owner of that script? It's far more difficult to guess what the real problem is.
