Problem with my DNS l Please help me

My domain is having a problem where it ONLY works if you add the www. infront of it.

For example,

http://youradder.com - doesn't work for me

http://www.youradder.com - does work for me

Can somebody please tell me what to do?

you have to redirect youradder "dot" com to www dot youradder dot com
theres always an option , something like "URL redirection" in the dns

I think your problem is from hosting provider.
Your hosting provider not make a proper www sub domain or there is a problem in your sub domain. Told your host provider to redirect properly.

alvarez16 problem is fixed, his website is served on both www and domain only. anyway search engines may consider like 2 separate website, it's better to setup one URL only serving the site. like domain.com and www as a 301 permanent redirect on domain.com

 

If you have DNS control - you may create CNAME record redirecting name.com to www.name.com

 

I tried a redirect but then the page got some sort of error that talked about an infinite loop.
