that's the only thing I can think of too. if that is the case then you might want to look at adbrite as the main placeholder for that section then use adsense as the backup in adbrite. just make sure the adbrite ads look NOTHING like the google ads or google may, no , WILL whack you.
Has your traffic dropped since the site was sold to you? I would be willing to bet the adsense earning screenshot was faked.
Dude your compete rank is only 650K. Youd be lucky to make 1 dollar a day with ADSENSE with those traffic levels of a 650K compete site. The Alexa rank is probably real low compared to alexa because is easy to inflate. I always trust compete over alexa. Never trust alexa when buying a site or ads. Seeing a huge difference in alexa to compete should have set off your B.S radar.

i think some cheat you. I think he used alexa booster and then gave you with fake screeshot or so. You know adsense screenshot can be created easily.
