Problem with my Adsense account. Any help appreciated.

    Hello,

    My AdSense account was deactivated due to inactivity. If i remember correctly there was a button that i used that said reactivate account.
    Now my account status says open?
    AdSense was linked to my youtube channel. I can't activate it on the channel as my channel doesn't meet the new requirements.
    I still get this:

    This is not the problem for me. The problem is that i can't add my sites. I don't even have the option in my side bar. This is all i have:

    Under verify your identity i get this:

    I have done all the identity verification i have been asked. Tax information are ok etc.
    My old earning are under the 70$ payment threshold.

    Any ideas what i could do?
