problem with logging on

    I used to log-on on my laptop from standard user's account. Since few days I'm unable to download files from the net and install any new application on it. I've been trying to log on from administrator account but it's not working. I've option to register finger print to log on but user profile is not uploading. Can anyone solve this problem?

    hi hope u are fine i ma not sure but then i come and ask your password and just press crtl+alt+del tow time it will opne new box give your administrator hope it will woke then

    What anti virus you have ? Official if you have it run it and try to remove and trojan or virus if any
    Afte that
    Then also run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, its free , do full scan and look logs to remove any malware
