Most likely just a problem with the image paths. I'm also willing to help if you can give me a URL.

Hi guys, yes images and htm have been uploaded to the root of my public_html. I rename the lander page to index.html and it only displays the text i wrote.. no where really to specify the pathing that I can see...Should it not default to the root like it does when i use Page breeze editor working locally from one folder.?

Upload everything as you downloaded it. All images and stylesheets need to remain in their respective directories.

I've had that happen to me a few times. Assuming that you've got hotlink protection enabled, try going to hotlink protection in cpanel and adding your root domain.
