You could have cached pages from your old server. Empty your internet cache.

There is also a DNS delay (how long your computer cache every DNS entry) that could be the problem why your access the old server.

you can check if it is a DNS problem with

    nslookup servername DNS server name
    for exampel
    nslookup www.mydomain.com 195.70.10.100

will you please explain me in details about (how long your computer cache every DNS entry)
    Let me re-phrase my question - I have a domain www.savingwala.com
i have changed the hosting partner from ABC to XYZ
Whenever I access my site from any PC there is NO Problem, while accessing From MY it is showing me old site.
    Whois lookup is updated.
I tried to access the site with Online Proxy - it was OK.
    ----
I have no info. "how the computer cache every DNS entry".
this is very first time i am facing this problem.

Please make sure that your internal DNS has its cache flushed out, add a small refresh timeout.
With an empty cache it should pickup the new IP.

If you run multiple DNSs on the inside, you have to flush the internal caches
    on all of them.

Also make sure that you are getting IPs from DNS not from hosts files.

I would say that this should solve itself automaticaly.

    DNS has the following values
    Refresh (currently 8h)
    ; Retry (currently 2h)
    ; Expire Expire (currently 1w)

This mean that it refresh the entry every 8 hours. In case of failure, it retry every 2 hours. If a entry is not refreshed within 1 week, it removes the entry in one week.
All these entrys are depending on your settings of your DNS server. These are my default entrys. Try to restart your computer. The easyest way of fixing this problem

It could be windows, your router or your ISP loading the wrong DNS for your site. Even if one works, this may happen.

Try resetting your router, reloading your cache. Shake it up a bit and see if that changes. If not, contact your iSP and request a DNS reload.
