    VCC sellers are smart, HDFC VCCs are not working with paypal,so now they started using kotak bank VCC and they are still working with paypal.

    correct even Hsbc and u know HDFC also works with adwords and paypal with one trick

    No i do not know if HDFC VCC work with paypal with any trick and all but yes they do work with google adwords.
