Problem with HDFC NetSafe!!! Help!!

    Today I open my netsafe a/c and it is showing this...

    No Working Accounts for this customer. Please contact Customer Service Centre.
    Error Details A/C : (My debit card number) -> Transaction Declined.​

    I don't know, what happened.. anybody have the same problem... My debit card is working fine on ATM's.. Netbanking is also working fine..

    hello, I have asked the customer service ,they answer now the server link is down ,let me try tomorrow .don't worry , :) :):)

    I experienced similar problems a couple of days ago. I hope it is sorted out soon...

    The server works sometimes. I could finally access it after waiting 4 hours. Try again after some time...

    The problem is due to Bank;s Server so do not worry about them . There are engineers working on the issues like this 24X7 so the problem will be sorted out soon.
