Is anyone else having problems with the following: In the Google list I have around 20 words, for the last 2 days half of them which were mainly page 1 results, have dropped out of site according to the tracker, however they are all there when I do a manual search. Any thoughts? Is the tracker broken or is this a sign of things to come ? Thanks
Happening to me too. I think they are changing APIs or something. Isn't it supposed to goto AJAX? Or was that a different api?
This is the first time I seen this happen. Does anyone know about how long it takes for google to fix it?
Any one know of a good alternative? I need to generate a Google position report. Update: This is really weird, I tried the same SOAP API key on googlerankings dot com and it worked. It seems to be the DP keyword tracker that is being blocked or having some technical issues.
Yeah, I'm having the same problem too... The Google rankings all just dropped, and if you click on one of them to refresh, it says "Unknown Google server error" Hopefully Shawn will read this thread, and shed some light on the issue.
I'm seeing the same thing - Unknown Google server error when trying to run any checks on my keywords. This has been happening for the last several days. It's not a problem with me - it's either the tool or Google
I've been having same problem since 3 days. All my entries are messed up showing : Google N/A -9,900 and returning Google Error. I believe there is a timeout issue between digitalpoint and google server. When I check the keywords that I show up on top 10, it returns result fine. When I go over 50, it starts giving 'Google Error'.
Thanks for this thread, I was worried as well ! However a handful of my sites and keywords still have a ranking, so it's not totally all -99xx. ?? Eric
Shawn, you have created an incredible tool. As you can see, so many internet marketers can barely function without it! Times like this show just how much you have given to the community. Thank you. Looking forward to Google getting their act together. It's effecting quite a few apps. Copyscape for one.
When adding new keywords to track, it produces zero errors. The DP connection to Google breaks only when checking on existing keywords. Some times it works, but majority the connection is bad. You end up having a 1 in 10 chance in getting Google position results to return.
Having the same issue as the rest. Damn i guess it is true "You only miss something after it is gone."
