problem with google Base

    I uploaded my clients products to google base, It worked fine for few hours and all of sueend what happened is : it removed all items with out giving any warning. It said items processed successfully and i don't know where products went?


    Note: I tried it via bulk file upload

    I've got the same issue. Been on froogle for a while and all my active products dissappeared. I have succesful uploads but no products to show for it. Seems like they're having some trouble...:confused:

    I had the same issue, and upon contacting Base support, I was advised to re-upload my products via my Froogle account. That was probably 6 weeks ago, and I have since continued to use Froogle...

    Im having problems getting it to upload pictures when I do individual entries now...Anyone else having that issue?

    seems we all have the same issue. i have an oscommece shop that I cannot update. any ideas?
