Problem with GoDaddy Transfer

I have recently bought a new site. The domain was pushed to my account by the previous owner. I got an email with the transaction ID from GoDaddy. Unfortunately, when I try to accept the domain I'm getting the error 'Invalid Transaction Id'.

Has anyone here faced any similar problem? Can someone please advice me on what to do?

    Thanks :)

Email GoDaddy about it and mentioned the Transaction ID. It could be a minor glitch in the system.

I've done that and is waiting for response from them. For the first two mails I got an automated response. So this time I contacted them directly from their website and is waiting for the response..

Try calling GoDaddy. I know they don't have a toll free number but you will probably get a better response from their support team over the phone.

I got a mail from them atlast advicing me to ask the original seller to cancel the current transaction and perform it once again. I'm going to move it to another registrar this time.

GoDaddy is riddled with issues, but there customer support on the phone is usually helpful
