Problem with GoDaddy Email

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with an email account on GoDaddy. It's status is apparently 'Active' in the domain manager, and when I access webmail I can send messages to my hotmail account. However, whenever I try and reply, I get a postmaster undeliverable message.

If anyone could shed light on this I'd be extremely grateful.

I believe once you have such situation you need to call your web hosting provider and ask them.
