I have few websites but its difficult to get adsense approval. Could anyone help me with this? I m ready to pay of help.
Having websites is not the thing to get approved. Having good websites is the key. Just search once and you would see several threads related to your topic in this forum only.
IDKY people don't get that. The days of just building any crappy site and applying for Adsense is over. Most likely why he can't get approved.
Read the Adsense terms of service and be sure that your websites are following all of the guidelines.

as you apply through this site, take some time for approval. Because performance on this site will be controlled by Google. If you feel that you get some traffic through their performance on this site, then you will be approved. And it's always best to ask AdSense through the website or blog where you write articles, or if the contribution is Once approved or rejected, you will receive notification via e-mail. If it is rejected, Google will offer you a canned reasoning and brief explanation though the reason is usually made clear.
