   I started an ad to figure out how this works. So I added some funds to advertise on DP itself.
   
   Now I choose another site to advertise on but it also needs to add fund? wtf moment.
   
   So now I have funds stuck on DP site so I must spend it or loose it either way :/

   Advertising payments are paid directly to the publisher (like if you are advertising on site X, you pay the owner of site X directly), so there's not a way to move funds around since the publisher gets the payment directly.
