    Hi,

Nowadays im having few problems with firefox browser, once i click the launch button, it minimum takes 10 seconds to appear its window. When a website is opened in another tab, the browser becomes stuck for almost 3 seconds and only then page gets loaded, also in my taskmanager i find that it is consuming a lot memmory. I use google chrome and opera too, but they are working so smooth, but i prefers firefox as it has some usefull addons. Any idea what the problem is, anyone?

Sounds like you may want to uninstall and reinstall, just to see if that helps. Are there any other problems you're having unrelated to FF? FF does use a lot of memory, but it's a great browser.

Also, the more addons you use, the slower it goes. I recently uninstalled Google Toolbar because it was slowing me down. It's also a great idea to disable the ones you're not using.

FireFox doesnt use a lot of memory, but the IE use a lot of memory. You can uninstall and reinstall to solve this problem.

try to run firefox in safemode to see if it runs well there.
if so, try to disable all addons and enable them 1 at a time to check which of them is causing the trouble.
if all alse fail, uninstall the program and install it again.

disable unwanted addons, and see if you have installed any toolbar from antivirus softwares,
and also check your system for viruses

Dude firefox is a MEGA-memory hog...

Sometimes my firefox goes into rage mode where it will take up like 50%+ of my CPU (I have 4gb ram)..... with maybe one tab open, thats only when it gets extremely glitchy though
