Problem With Facebook Comment Plugin

    When I add Facebook Comment plugin to my site I can see it only for the first time I saw that page. After refresh page that box is gone... I tried everything - deleting cache form meta tags. tried HTML5 and XFBML. Not works. When I open page first time I can see it - after reload I don't. What should I do?

    Thank you for trying to help me - I did that on this way

    Before <html> I added

    and then I added this two lines in at the place I want FBcomm to be displayed
