Normally they send an email about problem. Did you receive any email from them?

I got similar problem and the reason was my article contained more than three links. You can send an email to know your case.

There doesn't appear to be any problem with the article based on the picture. When the top bar is yellow like that it means it is still under review which can take a week or sometimes more to be published. Also, the status bar shows that your article has passed the first of the five steps of the review process. When all five steps have been completed your articles will be live, and the top bar should be green.

If there was a problem with your article the top bar would be red and you would have received an email notifying you there was a problem and instructing you on how to fix it.

I had to email them about it, then they replied. I was told I could not place links to any urls in the main article body or bio that pointed to websites I owned. I have done this for a couple years before with no problem.

I don't know if this is the reason in your case though, but it was in mine. I was warned that pointed to my own websites was against their policy etc........

I like the new bar you can monitor their progress better instead of getting impatient having no idea what stage/process your review is in.
