I'm using joomla template yt_flux. The problem I'm facing when I add the menu in the template the sub menu iteams don't show up on mouse over. But if I use the other joomla default template the submenu items come up on mouse over. Plz help me out.

I'm not familiar with that specific template but if you go to the menu module, look under its module parameters and make sure the "always show sub item menus" is set to YES. If it still doesn't work then it will most probably be the menu class suffix option and/or the module class suffix under the advanced parameters. Module class suffix is often set to _menu but you will need to set this to whatever the template documentation says.

can you show me the url to your site? so i could try to guess what's wrong with the menu module. Or you can try to replace your menu module with superfish menu module. It's quite easy to use and config, i've use it on my site (check the recent work site on my signature). Feels free to PM me if you have experienced any problem with joomla.
