Problem with DigitalPoint Keyword Tracker?

    Hi there,

    Is there a problem with Digitalpoints keyword tracker? Reason I ask is because the tool is displaying all my keywords as having dropped off Google entirely? I have done a manual search for the keywords said to be dropped but they are appearing in the SERP.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
