    hi
today i tried the "repair and optimize tables" option in vbulletin Admin CP, but it doesn't complete and remained incomplete & page stopped...
after that my site cant run and it shows database error:
i know that problem is because of "post" table in DB. but when i try to repair, optimize or any other option on that table, it do nothing and wont change.... i tried to repair that from cpanel and phpmyadmin but it cant be change....
please help me how to repair or optimize that table?? is there any alternative way to change tables?

What error do you get when you try to repair using phpMyAdmin?

Did you take backup of database before repair, It is always recommended to take backup of db before any updates.

Never use the repair function in Admin cp. This is a poorly scripted function and will, in the event of a connection loss, delete your database. Your database can not be recovered and is lost.

    Hope you have a backup.
