When using the copier function of my Epson CX3700 printer, the duplicates come out with enlarged characters. I don't have this with printing documents directly from the computer (for example, .doc files), only those items that I place directly on the glass. I checked the copy utility, and the settings are correct. (BTW the scan function works fine). This problem occurred out of the blue last week and had never occurred before that time. I went through the drill with Epson tech support. They couldn't figure it either and said to take the unit in for repair. But before taking this step (I really hate parting with my printer) I thought that I'd ask if any techie forum members have any further suggestions that I or Epson may have overlooked.
