Hello, I am trying to insert few text in chinese and russian into my website from admin panel (There is a page where I can insert text and later will show in members area) The problem is that I insert chinese text 概述 and in admin panel is displayed very good, but when I go to members area the same text are really different, strange characters like these: 概述 I go to mysql through phpmyadmin and the same 概述 Why in admin panel is displayed good and in phpmyadmin/members area bad? I have php code with utf-8, mysql in utf8_general_ci Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance!
