I have a problem with the urls which are in Cyrillic (Russian) when I type soever text in Cyrillic the text is converted like : %F2%E5%F1%F2 instead the original value of теÑÑ‚ this is very big problem for the SEO ... Now I'm using encoding windows-1251 with utf8 I haven't this problem ,but I have others problems therefore I'm using windows-1251 . The my question is : is there a way to fix the problem with urls on encoding windows-1251 ? My web server is lighttpd . Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english .
