Problem with Cache

    Hi

For some reason when I check to see if a certain page has been cached in Google I get two results

If I type "cache:www.example.com/xyz.aspx" I can see the page is cached.
On the other hand if I type in "cache:example.com/xyz.aspx" nothing comes back.

I checked other pages in the site and it did the same to those pages.

I was just wondering if this was caused by my setting my set preferences in Google Webmaster tools to www.example.com instead of example.com.

Does anyone have a solution? Is this a serious issue or not?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,

If you do cache:example.com/xyz.aspx it would return you the result for www.example.com/xyz.aspx coz your page has been indexed in google with the www format that' why it returns the result in that format which is the only right one. Their is no such problem with your site.

    Thanks :)
