I signed up with Azoogle last year, but haven't really used them. Now I created a website which would work very well with some of their offers, but the problem is... my account doesn't have any "Offer" link! When I log in, in the main bar I see only "My Account" and "Logout". I previewed their account management demo and it displays an "Offer" link, but on my account it's not present. I tried contacting my account manager, which is listed... and guess what? It's a dead email address, emails get returned with "Unknown recipient" error. AIM handle is not listed at all. I emailed their help center, but a week has passed and they didn't respond. I would really want to know how to get started with my account, but it looks like nobody at Azoogle doesn't care about me anymore... Has anyone had the same problem before, and how did you solve it?
