Hi guys, I use Hostgator via Cpanel X and I have never encountered this problem before. I created 5 new subdomains and uploaded the same script to each of them, it has been about 1 day, and I go to check awstats but the subdomains don't show up. My previous subdomains are there, but the new ones I created aren't displayed under Webalizer OR Awstats, only under "Latest Visitors" (this is in the Subdomain Stats catagory of course) If someone could help me with this problem, ie. how to make awstats check these subdomains, I would be very grateful. Thanks!
AWStats updates take place once a day at HostGator. As you created your subdomains only a day ago, maybe you need to be a bit more patient. If the stats don't appear within 48 hours after creation of the web site of a subdomain, I would contact HostGator support. They will solve the problem (if there is a problem). Jean-Luc
