Hi, am having problem with auto server create, auto server place on hold and all other auto server actions. Any time I want to auto server act, I see "This feature is disabled-Enable it in the preferences if you want to use it". Please can any one help me with the steps to take to enable it!!!

You can define your server events under Maintenance & Preferences -> Server Events Setup

I checked the server events setup, everything was ok (enabled), but still am seeing that same problem when trying to auto create or even creating a new account. Can you still help?

Are you using new or old style actions?

I just checked the logic for popping that message, and if you have it set to not use old style event you should NEVER see that message. Are you SURE the Use Old Style Events setting is set to 'No'?
