I spent a lot of time setting up a landing page to sell Fitness and Weight Loss eBooks for a ClickBank vendor. I tested the payment system on the laptop where I created the webpage, and it worked fine -- my CB ID appeared at the bottom. BUT, I just tested it on another computer and the ClickBank payment page shows [affiliate - none]. What the heck? I don't know how many books I've sold, and I am getting no credit from my affiliate link. Is this some kind of fraud where the CB ID only shows up on my personal machine, but every other computer in the world shows "affiliate - none"? What do I do about this? Has anybody else experienced the same problem?
I've never experienced such problem. Maybe you want to contact the vendor and report the problem to him/her.
Maybe COOKIE lost. You can test it on different computers to check. If the case is like what you said, please contact CB and your vendor to solve this problem.
Yes, maybe it's a cookie problem with my other computer. I should get a reply within 24 hours from the vendor and we'll see what happens! Thanks for the advice.
