Problem with Adwords

    hello,

    i want to start google Adword for my site http://easydownload.com.np but i have one problem that i have coupan of adwords which i had already redeem on adwords. google adwords show the balance of 100$ but i cannot start adwords and i cannot able to pay that redeem copun can any body suggest me about this problem...

    dont use manual payment and dont do pay with coupons only
