Problem With AdSense

Hi Im New on AdSense and Im not add yet my tax info and Payment Details...
everytime I click on my Payment Details, it is say to me <You may select a form of payment after your account balance reaches $10.00>
The problem is that my account now is have Total Earnings $11.25, But when I still click on my Payment Details, it is say to me again <You may select a form of payment after your account balance reaches $10.00>
What I have to do, is something I have miss..?

 

Please w8 for 3-5 more days or ad some more bucks this problem will automatically resolve. Thnx

I google, you should wait a little.
Their system is secure and good, and that is why you should not hurry
If google tells something, they do this
