problem with adsense authorisation "Account information incorrect or not provided"

    I'm wondering why I received "Account information incorrect or not provided" when I submited my site to the adsense program.
    Is it posible the problem to be that when i submited the site I wrote http://mysitename.com instead of http://www.sitename.com
    Google doesn't tell you much informations what's wrong with it, I hope you know something

    Try not including the "http://" with your url. ;)

    It states below the website url field:

    so that is the problem, thanks
    Now I need to cancel my account in order to resubmit it, because if I submit again I need to write different email, but I don't want that
    So is there any way that I can cancel my account
