Problem with a website

More than a month ago i created a website and had the bad inspiration to post it in forums before being indexed, my site was soon deindexed because another site, a proxy, proxified all my content and Google even cached the content from the proxified page, so this proxified text appears as the original website. What to do ? Any sugestions ?

I had a similar proble. I reported to Google and didnt get a response for a month.
