I downloaded a template Here. Now when I go to my site http://buildgreenor.com all it says is restricted access. Does anyone have any experience with this? Willing to give someone a little cash to help me figure out this problem. I feel like it's an easy fix if you go to the HTML template file in Joomla but I really have no clue.
    Thanks in advance,

That is typically a permission related error. Did you install the template correctly? Over right the index file?

I think I did. All I did was download the template. And upload it in the template folder on my FTP client. Then I went on my admin panel and set it as default did I miss a step?

The one thing I did find weird is when you download the template there is another file called ddj006_header_short.jpg that you can dowload. I didn't touch it should I have downloaded it and put it somewhere?
