Problem with a sitemap

The very first sitemap I've set up wasn't a problem. It's on the arcade google has been indexing all of the pages (or some anyway).
No problems there, but now I'm trying to do what I think is the impossible.

I run a forum which is a freely hosted by invisionfree/zetaboards. It's basically the power to anything I want to promote, but I cannot get a sitemap up on there.

Starting off, many sitemap generators will not work. They simply just grab the index.

I have found some that do work, though.

    But here's the real issue.

How the heck can I have a sitemap if I don't have access to upload anything....well, I can upload smiles and Avatars, but I can't very well throw it in there.

What can I do to get a sitemap going for it?

If you cannot upload the sitemap,it's seems to be a bit impossible to me.

There has to be a way. It's way too stupid for a host to do this.

Is there a way to do it externally, or something?

You write they host the forums? I think your best hope is to ask them make builtin support for sitemaps.

The best way is host your forum on your own server and you'll get full control then!

Invisionfree hosts over 100,000 forums. I don't think they will listen to me, so that won't work.

By the time I learned that's the best way I got too far into the game to do that. Starting over?

Ooohhh, so I guess that was a "no" to the external sitemap?

A host for a forum costs you a few bucks only...What's your problem?

About 1000 members, 37,000 posts lost might be one of the problems.

Becuase it's hosted I won't be able to transfer everything in the site. Then I'll be starting over. That.....would....suck.

You do not have access to any kind of the underlying DB? Perhaps if you pay them to export the data for you and setup a redirect?

But you can tell your members about it,eh?
Or you can arrange something with the owner of the site and move it to your own server..
