    Hello,

The buyer ordered a set of photoshop tutorials at digitalpoint. Then he payed me for the tutorials and i forwarded him the set of tutorials. Now after some time he has opened a claim of unauthorized activity in his paypal account. Now what should i do for it ??

I have already given him what he ordered and now after that because of the claim my money is on hold. What action should i take ??

The are 3 options given to resolve :

    1. To refund full money.
    2. To give paypal the details of the deal.[I cant use it bcoz i didnt shipped any goods and there i have to enter the shipping company and all that shit].
    3. Already refunded [ Here i have to give a PP transaction ID where it shows that i have refunded him the money ]

    Please guide me urgently !!

We are having a similar issue. They have extremely limited options. I've looked over how this works and there is NOWHERE in that response chain to give them any info or to request more information.

I don't even see how you can contact the PayPal rep specifically for this transaction detail.

It would have been better that you first make a site through which you should sell your Photoshop tutorials. Put paypal payment button there. I think that would have been legit and give you strength in providing proof to your sale of Photoshop tutorials.
