Problem with a backlink

    I have a backlink I monitor; www.cousinsvideo.com/Forum/
    Google toolbar shows it as a PR5 but DP Backlink Tracker sows it as a PR0?
    I've tried entering it with the http:// and without, but no luck.

    The Keyword tracker uses Google API results, which differ from Google Toolbar/SERPs.

    The page has been a PR4 or 5 for over six months and I've been using DP for about 7 weeks.
    Are you saying the API results are more accurate than the toolbar, and reflect the pages PR after the next update? (I hope not)

    Have your back links changed? The PR is only updated when back links change.

    According to the toolbar, the backlinks increased in early Feb. The same time backlinks went up on our other site.

    The PR function does not work with URLs that have uppercase characters within them.

    That would explain it. I have some other backlinks I'm tracking that don't work with DP... there are upper case in them too.
    Is it uncommon to have upper case characters in a URL?
