Please help as am in deep trouble.

I have a WordPress site (infographicsvillage.com) hosted with 1freehosting.com (free). Since 21st of this month it's showing "Your domain Exceeded Server CPU. It will not be available for 24 hours."

It's past 72 hrs, but still the same thing is showing whenever i'm trying to access my account.

I can't even login into my admin panel in order to get backup data.

Could anybody please help me get a solution to this. Or, an alternative way to get the xml data. I've access to cPanel and FTP.

I've tried to reach out to the customer support. No reply from their end even after creating 2 support tickets.

Please help. I really worked hard on the site. Am very much depressed over the issue.

    Thanks in advance.

You need to contact the owners of that website to clear things up. There is nothing we can do to help you with this.

You should ask them for your money back.

Yep...that's the risk you take using a free host. In fact, they don't even own the servers. They are a free reseller for Youhosting.

If your site is actually worth something to you, spend some money and get a real host. This is the risk you take when you use free hosting.

You don't really have a leg to stand on here. You took a risk by investing time into a company that has zero liability to provide you with service. Even though you should have made frequent backups, if you can still login to cPanel, then you should be able to download your data?

Taking backups is easy as you are using wordpress. Just login to wp dashboard,
    Install this plugin,
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/
    or
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/
    Through your wordpress site.

Once done, connect your dropbo account and backup the files + db to it.

One more thing, you are not using cpanel. This thing called "CPanel" is to just attract users and it is some type of custom control panel. I can't access yoursite.com:2082. If it was cpanel, this should have worked.

You cannot expect much from a free hosting provider. I hope you get all your data back and next time consider a paid hosting provider.

You chose to utilize free hosting, and you are suffering as such. WordPress is not intended to be run on free hosting as it utilizes a large amount of resources, which results in you passing the limits of any given free hosting account. Why not spend $4 a month and have a reliable service to host your wordpress on.

    Hello mainak,
Have you tried login into the cpanel? Here is the link: http://cpanel.1freehosting.com/
Things like this tend to happen with WordPress websites and free hosting because WordPress is a CMS and tends to need loots of resources, resources that you don`t get from a free hosting service.
You say that you have access to cpanel and FTP, this is a good thing.
Use Filezilla to copy all your website files to your PC and after you do that, use cpanel to get all your databases. If you get the databases and the files you have your website.
Here is a link on how to move a WordPress website:
    http://www.wpexplorer.com/migrating-wordpress-website/

In the future, buy a normal hosting plan, you can find them from 2.99$ a month. Think of this: Isn`t your work more valuable than 3$ a month?

I really hope you get your website back.
