    Hey :) im a new member
    I have problem whith my payment, google can not make payment for me to my Credit Card, i dont speak very good english sry :(
    Im from Macedonia i use VISA card but i have problem PAYMENT DECLINED is the message i read in google for the problem but...

    If anyone who use adwords whith credit card tell me were is the problem, if in my country i cant or if i must change the country in my account and try with another credit card from another country.
    :(Tell me something please i need help:(

    Your not using a Virtual cc are you? Those are now blocked i believe on Adwords.
