problem while replacing table with div

    you feel difference at the i wanted to keep them same and after trying my mest i am not able to do it. any help?

    specially you will see in :

    there is small white space at bottom, it should not be there and there should be some black space under both section (eft bar and the right pan), one more issue is the page size difference between both pages.

    Please help me!
