I would follow the instructions outlined in the code you attached, and contact AlertPay customer support.
You can call and speak to an adviser, just dial 1-514-748-5774.

what i can't understand and can't even stand how does financial issues take that long time to be solved !
i am in a big need for my account cause my life depends on the money in it and simply AlertPay restrict my log in to it ?
Really i am very disappointed about Alertpay and it's support i didn't ever thought such things will happen but bigger problems happen , have nothing to say but i wish if alertpay take more care of their clients and work faster than that :)

    Hi

Can I have your AlertPay account?

We try our best to do everything as promptly as possible, however there are times when it might take longer than usual. I apologize for that.
However, it is important that our team verify the documents properly, and ensure they meet our compliance standards. We examine cases based on priority, and based on when they were submitted.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

    Cheers

    Sean

    Hi

As per the email you were sent yesterday, and the conversation you had with my security team; they will be contacting you as soon as they have assessed your documents and account. Your matter has been escalated.

Until then, I kindly request that you wait for my team to contact you. They will write to you directly.

As this is a security matter, I am no longer able to comment on it.

I thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Cheers

Is your AlertPay account "verified"? That might be the problem.
