Rules problem user

I need to report a problem user. He goes by two usernames: 'Surat' and 'maxe'
I thought it was against forum rules to have more than one DP account. I bought some permanent links from Surat and he removed one of those links months later. Now he doesn't reply to any of my messages or e-mails. I gave him negative itrader for breaking our advertising agreement. In retaliation he gave me negative itrader from both of his DP accounts. Ironically he is calling me a robber. I can provide proof of payment if necessary.

Scams and theft is a common problem on this forum. So I suggest you do something about this user to prevent him from scamming other people.
