Problem Unlinking Facebook Account

    I'm unlinking my Facebook and Paypal accounts from DP, and while the PP link was chopped easily, the Facebook link won't process. Iv'e been on and tried several times and it won't unlink.

    I can go to Facebook and cut the rope, just fyi the profile Unlink doesn't seem to work. Not sure if it's a glitch or just my system.

    Do you get any sort of error or you click it and it does nothing?

    It reloads the page, but the link is still there.

    Dumping the cache doesn't resolve it - I thought maybe it was session-based but it doesn't appear to be. :)

    Go ahead and try it now... I think I see what was going on, and it should be fixed now. It only affected Facebook accounts.

    I dispatched it from my FB account, but I'll reconnect and retry just for kicks and giggles.

    EDIT: New wrinkle: even chopping it from the Facebook Apps page didn't work. Whatever you did took care of it. Thanks!

    Okay... well I tried it with mine, and it seemed to work now. Had to do with XenForo 1.3 (upgraded recently) changed the underlying method for disconnecting Facebook accounts (before it was ONLY for Facebook, and under the new system it's more generic so it works with other systems too). It was pointing at the old way of doing it still, but it's been changed to point at the new method.
