I'm a Godaddy customer and am having problems getting a domain transferred to me from another Godaddy customer. The guy who sold me the domain (and web site) said that Godaddy wants my customer ID and email address associated with my account with them. I've given him both but he says he's still having problems transferring it. I've bought domains and sites from Godaddy customers before and they've transferred them to my Godaddy account without any problems. Can anyone advise a trouble-free way of doing this?
Godaddy.com does require more than just those to pieces of information. I wonder if he is not putting in all of the required info? Might be worth checking. Hoodala
I've offered to send him my home address, phone number, etc. everything he should need for the transfer, thanks anyway
