Hi I booked a domain from your Eurodns.com, two year back. Now i want to renew the domain. but the problem is that i lost the eurodns's account username and password and i also forget the username and password of that gmail id that i used to make the eurodns's account. so i can't generate the password of the eurodns's account. I talked with those person in the eurodns and they are not ready accept that i am the owner of the site. I paid it by My credit card. One more thing is that the domain is hosted from another company for which i have detailed, so i can manage the hosting, but can't renew the doman Kindly guide me that how i get success to renew this domain. Had a similair problem once in the past. I contacted the company by phone and they accepted as ID proof the credit card number I used to pay. (was not eurodns.com) You could try.
I don't think giving them your credit card details is a good idea. Ask them to give you the gmail ID, since you forgot it, that will help you may be to access your gmail.
Don't understand you they have the details from last payment anyway on file and can compare this way. (apart, they only asked for the last 4 digits)
