Problem to position trnslation flag in my header

hi,

I am not very good at CSS. I got x10media .com where I want to put the translations flag into the header. I tried many options without success.

Is there anyone that could help me to fix that?

You will see the Flags to the right under the header. If I can put them over the blue Navbar it would be great. including the share this and all the flags.
